When somebody asks AI for a business like yours, does it say your name?
Does AI Know Your Business? is a free 20-second check of whether ChatGPT, Google AI, and Siri can read and recommend your website, then fixes the gaps at fixed prices, for Black-owned small businesses anywhere in the United States. Paste your site below. In about 20 seconds you'll see your score, the gaps that keep AI from naming you, and what each one is costing you.
Built for the businesses people ask AI to find, in any city
Each trade has its own page with the kind of questions your customers type, an example scan, and the three fixes that matter most in your line of work. Examples use Houston; your scan and your fixes use your city.

Your website was built for people. The new customers are being sent by machines.
When someone asks ChatGPT or Google's AI who to call, it names two or three businesses and the rest don't exist. The ones it names have five things in common. Most small sites are missing all five.
AI can't get in
Many sites block ChatGPT, Claude, and Google's AI in a file called robots.txt without the owner knowing. Security plugins do it by default.
How we find it: Free scan (Find). Ten-minute fix.
The page never says what you do
"Welcome to our family of excellence" tells a machine nothing. "Johnson Electric repairs panels in Katy and west Houston since 2009" is a sentence AI can quote.
How we find it: Free scan (Understand, "Answer first").
No proof a machine can read
No business markup, no owner name, no license number, no reviews on the site. AI tools weigh businesses they can verify.
How we find it: Free scan (Trust and structured data).
Google profile doesn't match the site
Different name, phone, or hours on Google than on the website. Half of local AI answers come from the Google Business Profile.
How we find it: Free scan (outside listings), confirmed in the Fix Plan.
Nothing answers the customer's actual question
"How much does an AC tune-up cost in Houston?" "Do you take walk-ins?" Pages with real questions and plain answers get quoted. Pages without them don't.
How we find it: Free scan (Question-style headings and FAQ).

Who is behind this?
Dr. Rob McNeill. Raised in Laurelton, Queens, New York, and shaped by two HBCUs: Morgan State University, where he began, and Texas Southern University, where he earned his bachelor's and master's degrees. Today he is a Houston business owner, university professor, and co-author of three books on working and leading on your own terms. His PhD in Sociology from Texas Woman's University (2022) came from four years studying Black entrepreneurs: his dissertation, Three the Hard Way: An Intersectional Approach to Understanding Narratives of African American Women Entrepreneurs, is built on the stories of 20 African American women business owners and how race, class, and gender shape what it takes to succeed. I grew up watching good businesses lose to louder ones. The game changed again. This time the referee is a machine, and it can be taught to see you. I don't sell websites and I'm not an ad agency. I make the site you already have readable by the tools your customers now trust.

Questions owners ask
I'm on Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, or WordPress. Does this work?
Yes. Every fix on the list can be made on those platforms. If your site was built by someone who disappeared, we can usually still get in or work around it.
Do I need a new website?
Almost never. Most sites lose AI visibility over a handful of small gaps. If your site truly needs rebuilding, the Fix Plan will say so before you spend more.
Will this get me to the top of Google or guarantee ChatGPT recommends me?
No one can promise that, and you should walk away from anyone who does. We make sure AI tools can read you, describe you correctly, and put you in the running for the specific questions your customers ask. Then we measure it on day 1, 30, and 60 and show you.
What if I'm not happy?
The Fix Plan is $149 and you keep the plan. On a Quick Fix or Full Fix, if your readability score doesn't improve on the rescan, you don't pay the balance.
Why is this cheaper than an agency?
Agencies sell retainers and rebuilds at $1,500 to $7,500 a month. We sell nine specific fixes at fixed prices and use AI tools for most of the work, so the price stays where a small business can reach it.
Is this only for Black-owned businesses?
It's built for Black-owned small businesses in Houston first, because that's who the agencies priced out. Any small business owner is welcome, and the scan works on any public website.
