What do we collect?

Website scans. When you scan a site, we read its public pages and save a dated snapshot of the results so you can return to it by link. Snapshots contain only the scan of the public website, never your name or email.
Details you send us. Your name, email, organization, phone, website, and anything you write in our forms. We never ask for passwords; website access is granted through your platform's own team or editor invitations.
Payments. Square processes payments for the Fix Plan, Quick Fix, Full Fix, and Stay Visible. We receive your name, email and payment status; we never see or store card numbers.
Your AI answer test notes stay in your own browser. We don't receive them.

How long do we keep it?

Saved scan snapshots are deleted automatically 180 days after the scan. After that, the report link stops working.
Form submissions and order details are kept while we're working with you and for our business records, and deleted when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them (for example, payment records for tax purposes).

How do we use it?

To build and email the report you asked for.
To deliver services you buy and reply to your requests.
To follow up once about a report you requested. You can opt out anytime.
We never sell or rent your information.

Who helps us run the service?

Netlify hosts the site and stores form submissions and scan snapshots. Our email delivery provider sends report emails. Square processes payments. Each processes data only to provide its service.

How do I opt out or delete my details?

Every email includes a way to opt out. To have your details deleted, email robert@morganyorkconsulting.com and we'll remove them.
