Two scores, one idea. The free scan runs 39 automated checks on one page and gives you a score out of 100. The Fix Plan groups those checks into the nine points that matter most, reviews your whole site and Google profile against them by hand, and scores you out of 9. The nine-point score is the one the guarantee is measured on: if it doesn't improve after a Quick Fix or Full Fix, you don't pay the balance.
