Every plan below says what's included, what isn't, how long it takes, and what happens if it doesn't work. If something you want isn't on the list, we quote it in writing before we touch it, and you can say no. No surprises on either side.

Every change we make gets one round of revisions. Tell us what you want changed within 14 days of delivery, and we'll fix it.
What we don't do, on any plan
Not because they don't matter, but because they're a different job. Pretending otherwise is how small businesses get burned.
Rebuilds
A new website, a redesign, a new theme, or moving you to a different platform. The one exception: if you have no website at all, the Full Fix can build one simple page on a platform you own, as one of its 3 new pages.
Hosting and domains
Fixing a broken host, DNS, email setup, or a domain someone else controls. We'll tell you what's wrong and who to call.
Paid add-ons
Buying plugins, themes, apps, or upgrades to your website plan. If one is needed, we tell you first and you decide.
Photos, logos, ads
Photography, logo design, paid ads, or social media management.
Fake proof
We never write reviews, invent numbers, or make up results. AI checks these things, and so do customers.
Legal and licensed wording
Required disclosures for regulated trades (lending, real estate, insurance, health) come from you or your compliance person. We place them; we don't write them.
Promised AI mentions
Nobody controls what ChatGPT, Google, or Perplexity says. We don't promise a mention, a ranking, or a spot in an answer.
When the clock starts
The clock starts when we can get in
The 7 and 14 days count from the day we have access to your site and your answers to the short intake form. If we're waiting on you, the clock waits too, and we'll text you so it doesn't stall.
We never ask for your password
Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, and WordPress all let you invite someone as a team member or editor. You invite us, and you can remove us the day we finish.
Access within 30 days
If we can't get access within 30 days of payment, you can have the Fix Plan instead and a refund of the difference, or keep your spot for later. Your choice.
Extra work is quoted first
If we find something outside the plan, like a broken page or a hosting problem, we stop, tell you what it is, and quote it in writing. Nothing extra gets billed without your yes.
How it works, exactly
The guarantee covers the one number we control: the AI Readiness score on your home page, from the same free scan anyone can run.
We scan the day we start
On the day work begins, we run the free scan on your home page and send you the link. That's the before. We improve our scan over time, so we compare before and after on the same version of the scan; a change on our side can't count for you or against you.
We rescan when we finish
Within 7 days of delivery we rescan the home page and send you both links. You can run it yourself too.
If it didn't go up
On a Quick Fix or Full Fix, if the home page score isn't higher, you don't pay the second half of the fix price. If you paid in full, we refund that half. The Fix Plan fee isn't refunded, because you keep the plan.
The fine print, in plain words
The guarantee doesn't apply if our changes were removed or overwritten before the rescan. If your home page already scores 90 or more, there isn't much room left on that number, so we'll tell you before you pay and you decide whether the work is still worth it.
What we measure but don't guarantee: whether AI names you. That takes your site, your Google profile, and your reviews together, and AI tools change on their own schedule. We show you that number on days 1, 30, and 60 with screenshots, good or bad.
Your business stays your business
Private by default
We never publish your name, your site, or your results without your written permission.
Case studies are opt-in
If you're happy with the results, we may ask whether we can share them. Saying no changes nothing about your service.
Payments
Square, Cash App, or Zelle. On the split Full Fix, the first half is due when we start and the second half when we deliver.
